But while conserving and improving efficiency, MHIA pursued a proactive CO2 recovery alternative which today is winning attention and is often described as an ultimate technology. Through this new CO2 recovery technology, carbon dioxide in gas emissions is recovered and isolated into oil fields. Why is this a big deal? Because the displaced CO2 helped increase oil production and concentration of the CO2 in the ground. Working on the problem on such a large scale was once thought to be impossible.
